“On the Mountain Top” was the name of the summer camp we held at Kibbutz Nordia.

Around 90 young people, including counselors, came together from different cities across Israel — from Sderot to Nahariya. Young people from different congregations made the decision to spend this special time together in worship and praise, fellowship, studying God’s Word, and participating in various sports and recreational activities.

We witnessed how the Holy Spirit ministered to the hearts of these young people.

Some came from cities near the borders where fighting has taken place. Some were preparing to enter the army and needed spiritual encouragement and support. Some were carrying deep grief because of difficult situations in their families. There were even young people who came while struggling with thoughts of suicide.

But God met them in their pain.

Many experienced healing, comfort, hope, and spiritual renewal. We saw God touch hearts and bring encouragement to young people who desperately needed it.

We continue to receive messages and letters from young people thanking God for this camp. They are already asking us, “When will the next camp be?”

We are grateful to God for the opportunity to serve the next generation of Israel.

Our next plan is to hold a camp during the Hanukkah holidays for children ages 8–13. We believe this will be another wonderful opportunity to reach children, show them the love of God, and plant His Word in their hearts.
