"Wherefore they called these days Purim, after the name of Pur. Therefore because of all the words of this letter, and of that which they had seen concerning this matter, and that which had come unto them, the Jews ordained, and took upon them, and upon their seed, and upon all such as joined themselves unto them, so that it should not fail, that they would keep these two days according to the writing thereof, and according to the appointed time thereof, every year; and that these days should be remembered and kept throughout every generation, every family, every province, and every city; and that these days of Purim should not fail from among the Jews, nor the remembrance of them perish from their seed"
During the feast, Esther revealed her identity and pleaded for her people. The king ordered Haman’s execution and gave his position to Mordecai. The Jews were granted the right to defend themselves on the appointed day of destruction — the day of Purim.
Here we see Esther’s prophetic purpose — to be a mediator between the king and her people. She fasted and interceded for the Jews. Likewise, Jesus became the saving bridge between God the Father and humanity.
Esther was ready to die; she fasted for three days, dying to herself, yet survived and saved the Jewish people. Jesus died to Himself and rose on the third day for our justification and salvation.
What seemed like defeat turned into a great victory over one of the first antichrists, Haman. Similarly, Yeshua’s shameful death became the greatest triumph over the devil.

Mordecai told Esther to approach the king’s throne, just as the New Testament calls us to boldly approach God’s throne of grace:
"Let us therefore draw near with boldness unto the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace to help us in time of need." Hebrews 4:16
Today, we rejoice and celebrate victory.
During these festive days, the "Hope for Israel" team served families of new immigrants, their children, and teenagers. The dances, songs, talent and costume contests brought joy, inspiration, hope, and gratitude to God, who watches over Israel.
We kindly ask you to continue praying and donating to our ministry, so we can keep inspiring people to place their hope in God.
Blessings from Israel.
